Check-In Challenge Guidelines
1. How to Join & Dates
① Challenge enrollment date: Starting at March 7
② Customers who make the purchase within the enrollment date and meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the challenge:
a. The purchase is made at the Holoswim Direct Store
※ Holoswim Amazon Store and Holoswim.com
b. (New) To ensure a great delivery experience for every swimmer, your shipping address must be located within the Holoswim Amazon store deliverable range to be entered into the challenge
※ Including North America, Europe, Australia
③ Challenge Start Date:
We will consider the date you make your first check-in as the start date of your challenge.
④ Challenge Period Calculation:
a. Every 7 days after your first check-in is considered one week.
b. (New) You will need to complete your challenge within 70 days of your purchase date.

2. Weekly Check-in Instructions:
You only need to complete the two tasks below to complete the check-in for the week.
Task 1 - Achieve a weekly swimming goal of 1000 meters.
Due to individual swimming preferences, you can complete your goal multiple times within the week and accumulate your progress! Don't forget to wear your Holoswim 2s while swimming to record swim data! We will also verify your swim data when you claim rewards.
Task 2 - Share one swimming post on social media (Instagram/Tiktok/Facebook) once a week with the challenge hashtag so we can track your participation.
Post request:
a. Two tags that must appear in the post

b. Must show Holoswim 2s in the post
3. Milestone Check-In Rewards:
① Halfway Challenge Reward:
By the end of the 4th week of check-ins, if you think you won't be able to continue the challenge, you can opt out halfway.
As a reward, you'll receive a cash reward of 60 USD, but you'll no longer be eligible for 100% challenge reward.
② 100% Challenge Reward:
Upon successfully completing the 8th-week check-in, congratulations on mastering our challenge! Your dedication will be rewarded with a 100% refund! (Excluding import duties such as VAT and Import Tax)
4. Claiming Your Rewards:
To claim your rewards, please send the following information to our email for verification. Once the verification process is complete, your rewards will be processed and issued within 5-7 business days.
Information Required:
- Screenshot of your purchase order
- Links to all your social media posts
- Your Holosport login account name

Q: Can I earn both the Halfway Reward and the 100% Reward at the same time?
A: No, you cannot. You are eligible for only one reward. If you claim the halfway challenge reward, you won't qualify for the 100% challenge reward. Stay focused on completing the challenge!
Q: Can I complete multi-week swimming goals within a single week? For example, can swimming 2,000 meters in one go count as two check-ins?
A: Nope, it must be spread out over two weeks!
Q: Is it truly a 100% refund?
A: Absolutely, we offer a 100% refund as a reward, but it's important to be aware that the European VAT portion is not part of this refund.
Q: Can I remove or set my posts to private after posting, or limit their visibility to just myself?
A: No, throughout the challenge, you must maintain your posts as public and provide us with the post links for verification once the challenge is completed.
Q: How can I make sure my posting is available?
A: You can refer to the two requests below:
· Holoswim 2s need to appear in the picture
· Mention our challenge tag
If you need to post on other platforms that is also possible. For example Strava etc.
