After receiving your order confirmation email, orders are usually processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


International delivery estimates

We offer free shipping for all holoswim customers. 

Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get the total cost.

Shipping time for the US :3 days (deliver on weekdays & weekends)  
Shipping time for all other countries: 6 ~10 days (deliver on weekdays & weekends)
Shipping time for India and Argentina takes more than 20 days (deliver on weekdays & weekends)



You may also contact us at contact@holoswim.com to get an estimated shipping time for your country. 

At the moment, customers in the United States, Canada, and Japan will not be able to place orders for transportation issues. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media accounts to get notified once your region becomes available.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@holoswim.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Products that are returned missing parts, damaged, dirty, or have clearly been used, might be refused for return entirely or the return amount may be reduced by labor and parts needed to make the product like new.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item at contact@holoswim.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
